How Do I Place My Order?

1. Please fill in the Order Form

2. Select an agent that has entertained you. If you do not have one, please select ‘None’.

3. We will send you the invoice to your email / SMS within 24 hours. (usually immediately!)

4. Notify us once you have made the payment!

Product and General Information

How can I find items I want online?
Simply use the links at the left hand side (left sidebar) of the website.

Can I order items from your website that are not currently in stock?
No , you can only order items that are currently in stock but you can still place your order by filling up the Reservation Form . We will reserve for you when our new stock arrive.

How do I add my details to your mailing list?
You can subscribe to our Newsletter by leaving your email address and we will add you to our mailing list. All information provided to us will be kept personal and confidential. Also, you be kept updated by liking our Facebook page. We update our information every now and then.

How can I have my details removed from your mailing list?
Simply click the unsubscribe link at the footer of the email that you have received from us. If you’re having any difficulties please Contact Us who will be pleased to help.

Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
Items to arrive will take 1-2 days after delivery date. Please make payment before 1pm if you would like to receive your package the next day. Due to the post office operating hours is until 4pm.

Do you deliver overseas?
We currently do not deliver to overseas.

What do I do if there is a problem with my delivery?
Our Customer Services team is here to help with any problems. Please Contact Us as soon as possible.

What are the Terms & Conditions?

1. All items are guaranteed brand new, 100% authentic and non-smoking climate controlled environment. – We don’t sell fakes, used or pre-loved items.
2. First come, First Serve basis.
3. Only serious buyers will be entertained.
4. If there are a few customers who are interested in the same item, the said items will be sold to the customer with fastest payment.
5. Reservation is allowed up to 2 days only. If there was no confirmation made, reserved item will be released to other buyers.
6. We use Poslaju for local delivery.
7. We are not responsible if there is any damage / loss during the delivery process.
8. All information provided to us will be kept personal and confidential.
9. All sales are final and goods sold neither are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeble. If you have authenticity issue, do present a written proof/ letter from the related brand name store manager and I will give full refund.
10. We reserve the right to make any appropriate changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.
